Your body has been trying to tell you something for years.
I teach people how to listen — and how to respond.
Whether you're living with chronic pain, running on empty, or leading a team that's burning out, the answer is the same: your structure and your nervous system are at the center of it. Not your mindset. Not your willpower. Your body.
I'm Raquel Wynn —
structural integration practitioner, published author, and wellness educator with 20+ years of clinical experience working inside human bodies. My live virtual classes and 1:1 sessions teach you the science of how your body actually works — and give you tools you can use for the rest of your life.
This is not wellness as usual.
Most wellness programs ask your mind to manage your body. I work the other direction — because that's where the results actually live.
The psoas, the diaphragm, the fascial system, the sympathetic chain — these are not abstract concepts. They are the physical structures that determine whether you are in pain or at ease, in fight-or-flight or genuinely at rest. When they are working the way they were designed to work, everything changes: how you move, how you breathe, how you recover, and how you age.
I teach this. Live. In real time. To anyone who is ready to understand their own body at the level it deserves.

What most people were never taught about their own body
The diaphragm is a shelf muscle. Your adrenal glands rest directly on it. When your breath is restricted — from stress, posture, or chronic holding — you are mechanically compressing the very glands that produce your stress hormones. The psoas connects your lumbar spine to your femur and is the only muscle that does. When it shortens under chronic stress, it compresses every lumbar disc and keeps your nervous system in a quiet state of threat — long after the original stressor is gone. The fascial system is piezoelectric. When it is hydrated and moving, it conducts your body's bioelectrical signals across every tissue and system. When it is dry and matted from stillness or chronic tension, that communication degrades.
This is not alternative medicine. This is anatomy. And once you understand it — you cannot unknow it.

Who I Am
I've spent 20+ years working inside human bodies as a structural integration practitioner — reading fascia, releasing psoas, decompressing spines, and watching people discover that the pain they thought was permanent was actually a pattern that could be changed.
I'm a published author with Penguin Books, a podcast host, a performing artist who has toured with Lynyrd Skynyrd and Kesha, and the founder of UMeUs Live — a 501(c)(3) nonprofit building education and infrastructure with indigenous Ngäbe communities in Panama.

I split my time between Nashville, Montana, and Bocas del Toro. I teach live. I watch closely. And I have never once pressed play on a recording and called it a class.
